Who Is Responsible for Your Data

What I Collect and Why

When you order: name, delivery address, email, and phone number. I use them only to make and deliver your order and to reach you about it.

When you write to me: the name and email you leave in the form, so I can reply.

When you pay: your card details go directly to Stripe and never pass through me. See the payment page.

When you browse: the site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel so I can see which pages are viewed and whether the site works well. These tools use cookies and collect data about your device and your behavior on the site. You can block them in your browser settings without it affecting anything else on the site.

Who I Share Data With

Only those without whom the order cannot reach you: the courier receives your name and address, Stripe processes the payment, Google and Meta receive the cookie data. I do not sell or pass your data to anyone else.

How Long I Keep It

Order data I keep as long as the law requires for accounting purposes. Messages from the contact form I keep while our conversation is alive. Cookie data is kept under Google's and Meta's rules.

Your Rights

You have the right to access and receive a copy of the data I hold about you. You have the right to request correction, restriction, or deletion. Except where the law obliges me to keep something, I delete upon request. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority if you believe I am not handling things properly.

How I Protect Your Data

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), which prevents unauthorized access to the data you enter. Payments run entirely through Stripe. I keep the site's systems up to date.
