Free Delivery to Bulgaria
Free shipping applies to orders delivered within Bulgaria only. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Exceptions to Free Shipping
Certain large or heavy items, such as baby Moses baskets, are excluded from my free delivery policy. Due to their size and weight, these items require specialized handling and shipping, which incurs additional costs. These costs are reflected in the shipping fees applied at checkout for these specific products. Germany
For deliveries within Germany, I commonly use DPD and Deutsche Post. These are among the most popular and reliable shipping providers in Germany, offering a variety of shipping options to meet different needs and budgets.
United States
For deliveries within the United States, I primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS offers a wide range of services, from standard ground shipping to expedited options, allowing me to offer flexible delivery options to my US customers.
Customs and Import Duties

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages
