Delivery

In Bulgaria

Delivery is free, by courier to your address or to a courier office. It usually takes 1 to 3 working days once the piece is ready.

Outside Bulgaria

I ship worldwide by international courier. The timeframe depends on the country, usually 1 to 3 weeks. Any customs duties and import fees are the recipient's responsibility and depend on the rules of the destination country.

When Your Shipment Leaves

A commissioned piece ships when it is ready, about 2 weeks after we have settled everything. A ready item ships within 3 working days. When it leaves, you receive a tracking number.

If a Shipment Is Delayed

Write to me. I track it with the courier and I don't leave you alone with it.
