About the Site

This site is mine, Stanislava Chimeva's. By using it, you agree to these terms. I may change them; changes take effect when published here. The site's content, the texts, the photographs, and the pieces in them, is my own work and is protected by copyright law. Don't copy it without asking me.

About Orders

Every order is a contract between you and me. A commissioned piece I begin after we have talked and you have confirmed the colors and details. Production takes about 2 weeks; if anything changes that, I tell you right away. The price you see at checkout is final and includes everything except delivery outside Bulgaria, which is added there. Payment is in advance, through Stripe. I ask only one thing of you: that your order and delivery details are accurate and complete, so the piece can reach you.

Returns

A non-personalized item can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange, under my Return Policy. Commissioned pieces cannot be returned, but they can be adjusted. The full rules are on the returns page.

Personal Data

How I collect and protect your data is described in the Privacy Policy. By ordering, you agree to the processing described there.

Liability

I do everything I can to keep the site accurate and true. If an error in a price or description does appear, I will contact you before we proceed. I am not liable for delays caused by things outside my control, such as the courier, but I stay with you until the shipment reaches you.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If something isn't right, write to me first; we'll resolve it like people. Disputes we cannot resolve ourselves fall under the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
